DoubleTree by Hilton London Ealing

Because my friend lives in Ealing, I booked this hotel to be closer to her home. The location is OK, about 5-8 minutes walk from the nearby Ealing Common subway station. There are no convenience stores or restaurants around to eat. If you want to eat, you have to walk out a street to the subway station. The room is small, but it is OK in a city like London. The facilities are complete. The bathroom has a shower room but no bathtub. However, I must complain about the extremely bad service! Almost all the receptionists at the front desk, whether black, Indian or white, are careless and very indifferent to Asians. The bathroom design of the room I stayed in on the first day was problematic. I asked to change rooms on the morning of the second day. As a result, the black receptionist who handled it for me gave me a new room card without magnetization. When I went up to the room, I found that the card did not work. I waited for more than ten minutes for the elevator, because this hotel only has two elevators and one of them was broken. It was broken throughout the Christmas holiday and no one repaired it. If you live on the ground floor, you will have to wait for more than ten minutes to wait for the elevator during peak hours! The most speechless thing is that when I went to the front desk to tell them that the room card could not be used, the two receptionists, one black and one white, had a blank expression on their faces. They took the room card and re-magnetized it nonchalantly. They didn't say a single sorry from beginning to end, as if it was normal for them to make mistakes at work like drinking water. What happened next was even more jaw-dropping. Two French old men and women checked out. Both old people were very polite. After handing over the room card, they said to the front desk in English: Thank you, have a nice day. Then the old man sat on the sofa next to the front desk and seemed to be waiting for Uber. The two receptionists actually chatted and said: Why are there so many French-speaking people living in this hotel? I really don't like French people bla bla! Oh my god! Do they think these two French old people can't understand English? Or do they think they are deaf? I was really angry at the time and wanted to call them B**ch. With such a service attitude and such lack of respect for guests, if they were in China, they would have been fired a hundred times already! ! What the hell! I will never stay at this hotel again. These people keep shouting about human rights, but they don't know how to respect others. Their quality is extremely low. I urge everyone not to stay at this hotel!
